Solar Water Geyser

Solar Water Geyser uses the all glass evacuated solar collectior tubes as the heat absorbing element. The high vacuum degree of the clearance between the outer and inner tube reduces the heat emission which is caused by convection and conduction. The layer films (coating) of the all glass evacuated tubes transfer the sun energy into heat energy. The high absorption and low emittance rate of film is unique. Using thermosiphon system – depending on the different density between hot water and cold water, a water flowing cycle is created in the tubes. Hot water flows automatically upwards while the cold water flows down. The water in the storage tank will be heated from Solar Water Geyser natural circulation.

Hot water heated  through, by the sun is used in many ways. While perhaps best known in a residential setting to provide domestic hot water, solar hot water also has industrial applications, e.g. to generate electricity.

Infact, Solar water heaters – also called solar domestic hot water systems — can be a cost-effective way to generate hot water for your home. They can be used in any climate, and the fuel they use — sunshine — is free.

How do solar water heating systems work?

Solar water heating systems use solar panels, called collectors, fitted to your roof. These collect heat from the sun and use it to heat up water which is stored in a hot water cylinder. A boiler or immersion heater can be used as a back up to heat the water further to reach the temperature you want.

There are two types of solar water heating panels:

1. evacuated tubes.

2. flat plate collectors, which can be fixed on the roof tiles or integrated into the roof.

Larger solar panels can also be arranged to provide some contribution to heating your home as well. However, the amount of heat provided is generally very small and it is not normally considered worth while.
